The test strips are a practical, cheap and safe way to check moisture. This means that the exact humidity inside the packaging can be read from the color display. Depending on the level of moisture, the color on the test strip changes from "dry" to "moist".

Cobalt has been listed as a carcinogenic substance in EU environmental protection regulations since 2004. Only test strips that comply with the regulations may be used within the EU. The test strip is divided into several tone value points. Depending on the humidity, the color changes and you can read off the exact degree of humidity in%. The previous test strips (color change from blue to red) are prohibited.
